What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 24–48 hours of delivery for ready-to-wear pieces. Custom orders are tailored to you, so they are non-refundable but adjustments can be made.
What fabrics do you work with?
We work with quality fabrics including Ankara, crepe, asooke, lace, cotton and other premium materials suitable for elegant and comfortable wear.
What measurements do you need for a custom outfit?
We require bust, waist, hips, shoulder, gown length, sleeve length, and any special fit preference. If you’re unsure, we can guide you on how to take measurements.
Do you deliver nationwide and internationally?
Yes, we deliver to customers within and outside Nigeria/Africa. Delivery fees vary based on location.
How long does production take for custom orders?
Production time depends on the design, but usually takes 3–7 working days. More detailed outfits may take longer, and we’ll update you throughout the process.
Do you make ready-to-wear or custom outfits?
Yes, we offer both. We have ready-to-wear pieces available for immediate purchase, and we also create custom outfits tailored to your size, style and preference.
